The Truth unveiled.

• In the year 1998, I met a French scientist here in Jersey, who told me he had invented a cure for all ills. I naturally became interested in what he had to say, until I found out he had committed fraud in Belgium in 1986 to the sum of 2.2 m old FF. His colleague Norbert Duffaut discovered this miracle formula and not Loic Le Ribault who I met here. This is when I decided to investigate Ribault myself having no help from the police in Jersey when he was based here. Norbert Duffaut was murdered and I have a note left by him before his death below.

To be able to cure so many ills with one single product, in other words to have found a cure for all ills, seemed too imposiible, too good to be true (...) I feel however neither bitter nor vengeful and fully appreciate that scientists' do not believe in 'my discovery,' but I rail against the fact that they refuse to carry out experiments on it and condemn it out of hand without even having tested it.
